• 500g / 3 cups flour
• 10g baking powder
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 180ml / 6.3oz warm milk
• 250g / 1.7 cups ricotta
• 10g salt
 
• slices of salami
• cheese
 
METHOD

Mix all the ingredients and knead the dough.
Divide the dough into portions and roll the balls.
Roll the ball, put salami and cheese in the middle. Form pies.
Deep-fry.
