Spaghetti alla Carbonara Ingredients (for 2 people):
1/4 pound Pancetta (or bacon) cubed
3 egg yolks (one yolk per person, plus one for the pan)
1/2 cup Pecorino Romano Cheese (Shredded fresh)
1/2 cup Parmigiano-Reggiano Cheese (Shredded fresh)
Pepper
Salt
1/2 pound of spaghetti (100 grams per person)
Glass of Italian Red wine to wash it all down
Good company with friends
