Spaghetti Vongole – clams, white wine and slurpy pasta goodness. This pasta dinner is one of the easiest there is! Made with so few ingredients, but so full of flavour!

Ingredients:
500g clams
250g spaghetti
2-3 cloves garlic, chopped
2tbsp olive oil
80-100ml white wine
Chilli flakes
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnishing)
Salt & freshly ground black pepper to taste
