The taste of 2019, the Aperol Spritz! Taking the Italian aperitif Aperol and blending it with soda water and Prosecco (and my naughty added dash of vodka) to make a beautiful summery long cocktail. Serve in a wine glass or gin goblet with loads of ice and orange. Enjoy!
