Leigh Brown here from One Community Real Estate™ and it is that time again! Today we are cooking up another Italian classic, lasagna! It can’t get much better than gooey layers of meat, cheese, and pasta… unless of course you serve it with a glass of wine! In our lasagna, we covered all our bases with both sausage and ground beef, ricotta, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheeses! I snuck in a little nutrition by using whole grain lasagna noodles, but don’t tell my kids.
