Great, delicious and easy dinner recipe idea. Cream makes pasta super creamy and juicy and curry gives an extra kick to the dish.
Ingredients:
โ Pasta PENNE 200 grams / 7 oz
โ Heavy cream (35%) 200 ml / 7 oz
โ Spinach 100 grams / 4 oz
โ Garlic / 2 cloves
โ Cherry tomatoes / 10 pieces
โ Curry powder / 1 tablespoon
โ Hard cheese / 50 grams / 4 oz
โ Olive oil / 20 ml / 2 oz
โSalt & Pepper / to taste
Method:
1) Cook pasta following instructions on the packaging (al dante).
2) Chop garlic and cut each tomato in 4 pieces
3) On medium heat add oil into the pan and add spinach, garlic, and tomatoes.
4) Cook for approx. 2 minutes, add curry powder and mix.
5) Add cream and cook for about 1 minute while stirring.
6) Add hard cheese and cook for another 2 minutes on low heat while stirring.
7) Serve with extra cheese on top.
