This is a difficult moment for all of us.
About a month ago, our guest Mieke sent me a message when the lockdown in Italy was becoming effective, like so many other people she wanted to make sure I was fine. I wasn’t, I was about to see everything “falling apart” and my senses told me things were going to change very quickly and not in a good way. I was loosing my season, my guests, my beloved job… then Mieke said I should have done something about my time maybe with cooking, why not a live lesson online? so here we are. Thank you so much Mieke for giving me the best hint ever, you allow me to carry on doing what I love!
It’s a very hard time for all of us. Now more than ever we are in a time of need, a time we need to communicate, to share, to care about others. This is my little and humble contribution, Live Cooking come for sharing something together, cause we are together in this!
This was my fist Live Cooking, there are many chances of improvement, but I hope you will enjoy it.
