Ingredients you’ll need:
3 cups of flour (Bread flour or self raising flour is best but plain will work)
1 Tablespoon active dried yeast
1 teaspoon of salt
280ml warm water
20ml extra virgin olive oil
More salt for seasoning
More extra virgin olive oil. (It’s important to use a good quality olive oil)
Optional toppings:
Garlic oil
Cherry tomatoes
Sundried tomatos
Rosemary
