Wow what a lunch !!. I got the call to meet an old friend for drinks and a light bite in Balthazar as he was going to treat me to lunch.
When I got there over a glass or 2 of champagne and a fantatstic seafood platter he outlined his plan !!!

Keeping it Covent Garden. We started with French Classic, the next stop for the Main Course was certainly British Classic. “Rules” which is infact the oldest restaurant in London, founded in 1798 !!! 1798 Just think who has dined in here…..
