Nothing beats the fortitude of 84-year old Italian nonna Nerina and her grand daughter Chiara, who despite the grim situation in Italy are teaching pasta-making online.
We traveled to Italy last year in search of the origins of our beloved Genovese pesto sauce. It was a transformative experience for my picky eaters, who loved all their meals. Italy trained their noses before their palates!
