RECIPE TIMESTAMPS- 2:32 AND 11:00 AND 13:17
I’m spending a lot more time in the kitchen recently with all of us being here 24 hours a day. Anyone else?? I thought I’d bring you along today in the kitchen as I prepare a mid morning snack and our lunch. I’ve got 3 easy recipes and some kitchen cleaning motivation for you. Hope you enjoy!!
EGG COOKER:
EGG SLICER:

PINEAPPLE UPSIDE DOWN BISCUITS:
1 can of biscuits (10 count)
1 can crushed pineapple (10 oz), drained, but save the juice!
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 stick of butter, softened
Preheat oven to 400. Grease bottoms of 10 muffin cups. Mix crushed pineapple (w/out the juice), brown sugar and softened butter in a bowl. Distribute pineapple mixture evenly in the 10 cups. Place a biscuit on top of the mixture in each cup. Spoon 1 tsp of pineapple juice on top of each biscuit. Bake in 400 degree oven for 12-15 minutes. Flip the pan to release the biscuits and serve warm!
EGG SALAD: (mine makes 3 sandwiches)
5 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1/3 cup mayo
1-2 tsp yellow mustard
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp paprika
salt and pepper to taste
SIMPLE PASTA SALAD:
8 oz of any cooked pasta (I used orzo)
1/2 cucumber, chopped
cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4 red onion, chopped
1/2 cup feta cheese
1/2 cup dressing of your choice (I used Olive Garden Italian)
1/2 tsp garlic salt
pepper
