Pasta(Gnochi) alla sorrentina is the original. But i use Fusili instead. This plate is a typical dish in Napoli.
Its prepares with Gnochi made in potatoes and Flour. This pasta prepare with tomato sauce, mozzarella (Fiordilatte), parmigiano and basils. Then it was cook in the oven. It is best and tasty when it is serve very hot. I hope you like this recipe.
