Semi-dry white wine. It’s light crisp refreshing taste, can be served chilled or room temperature. Serve with seafood, game dishes and cheeses. Also, the Pasquale Red is their “signature wine.” This is a fruity, sweet, red table wine. It’s deliciously smooth wine is a nice blend of Concord and Ives. Compliments a traditional Italian dinner, fruits, soft cheese and finger foods. And, the Blackeye is a sweet, delectable blend of black cherry and grape wines.
