Hi guys! Welcome to my very first cooking video. below is a rough list of the ingredients I used..As of right now, just follow along (feel free to fast forward through my chitter chatter parts.. I won’t be offended!)

Ingredients:
1 head of cauliflower
1 medium onion
2-3 carrots; chopped
1 sweet potato (or 1/2 cup dried lentils)
2-3 cloves of garlic (or more!)
1 can chickpeas
2 cans coconut milk
1-1.5 teaspoons turmeric
1 teaspoon coriander seeds
1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds
2 tbsp coconut oil
2 tsp ground cumin
2 tsp curry paste (I used green curry paste, but you can use red!)
1/2 chili paste (or more depending on how spicy you want it)
2tbsp curry powder (I used yellow curry powder and thai curry powder.. description on difference is in video!)
Salt to taste

VERY IMPORTANT.. this recipe is all about taste and your preference! I highly recommend you tasting it after every seasoning to make sure it is to your liking.
