TIRAMISU

INGREDIENTS:

4 large eggs separated
500g Mascarpone Cheese
60 ml Marsala or any liqueur
150g Sugar
2 cups Espresso coffee
10g Cacao
2 packages (40-45pcs) Lady fingers (Savoiardi)

TIPS

1. Soak the lady fingers quickly to avoid being soggy, or else it will ruin the Tiramisu.
2. If you don’t have Marsala wine, you can use other liquier like brandy with the same amount as in the recipe
or It’s up to you if you like it without liquieur.
3. A normal coffee can be an alternative to espresso.
4. You can use sponge cake if there are no lady fingers available.
5. It’s better to chill it overnight to get a nice light and creamy and tasty Tiramisu.
