Nonno Gino prepares Butterfly Pasta (Farfalle) with Broccoli & Cod Fish Fillet
Nonno Gino was born in 1936 in the region of Marche, Italy. When he was just seven-years-old, during World War II, he found a small artillery shell that exploded in his hands causing permanent damage. Being the youngest of six children he would stay home helping his mother in the kitchen where she passed on the knowledge and love of cooking to him. In 1950, Nonno Gino immigrated to Canada with his parents and siblings and became a baker. For 49 years he served up Italian delicacies for his community before retiring. Now at 84 he would like to share his passion of cooking with the world. He has two sons to help him with this endeavor. His older son films and edits the videos and his younger son posts them to the YouTube Channel.

Ingredients: Butterfly pasta with Broccoli
450g butterfly pasta (Farfalle) or your favourite pasta
800g broccoli
6 anchovy fillets in oil
3 garlic cloves
salt
ground pepper
Ingredients: Cod fish fillet
6 cod fillets or your favourite fish
4 tbsp bread crumbs
3 tbsp parsley
2 garlic cloves
chopped onion
4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tomato sliced thin
