Onions 350 grams
Carrots 250 grams
Red peppers not hot 125 grams
Crushed tomatoes 500 grams
Smoked paprika, cinnamon
4 gloves of garlic
½ glass of wine
Basil
Olive oil
Lumaconi pasta 500 grams and of course good quality olive oil
