“Use it or lose it” is just one way of describing this pasta dish, another way is DELICIOUS! I merely took what I had in refrigerator that needed to be used or tossed out and created a hearty sauce combining simple ingredients then tossed cooked pappardelle pasta in it finishing off with some fresh herbs and grated parmesean cheese. Yum!!!

I hate to waste food at the best of times but with the Covid-19 lockdown it is especially important to utilize everything seeing going to the grocery store often is not advisable.
