Egg Salad:
8 hard boiled eggs, peeled and chopped
4 Tablespoons mayo
2 teaspoons mustard
salt and pepper to taste
onion and celery chopped (optional)
Mix all ingredients together and store in refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
Pepperoni Pizza Casserole:

Recipe:
2 cups egg noodles- cooked according to package directions
1/2 pound ground beef (I used 1 pound)
1 onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 cup pepperoni
16 oz pizza sauce
4 Tablespoons milk
1 cup shredded mozzarella
Cook ground beef, onion, pepper, and garlic until meat is done. Drain. Stir in all other ingredients except the cheese. Bake at 350ยฐ for 20 minutes. Add cheese on top and bake 5-10 more minutes, until cheese is melted.
