**Very flexible recipe**

Meatballs:
-2 lbs. meat (any meat works)
-1 c. breadcrumbs of any kind
-1/2 c. something milky or creamy (or water)
-oniony garlicky something
-ground spices
-fresh herbs
-citrus zest
-salt and pepper

Meatballs sauce:
-1 can of tomatoes (any form)
-2 c. some old wine, stock or even the liquid you boiled the garbanzos in
– chile, salt and pepper

Smashed garbanzos:
-1 can cooked garbanzo
-juice of a lemon
-olive oil
-salt and pepper
