Making focaccia from start to finish!
This Italian bread, which is easy to make once you get the hang of it, is incredibly versatile and pairs beautifully with soups, salads, or as a snack with some cheese and a glass of wine. There are many ways to make this classic bread, here is my way.
I put this demonstration together after many friends and family had requested the recipe during Covid 19 days in Spring 2020, hence the #StayStrong hashtag, which is something I’ve been saying to many people I care about. I hope this focaccia recipe makes people as happy as my family is when we eat it. Perhaps there are some other bread-baking tips within as well. For a short time, I worked as a professional bread baker and learned many tricks. (I was also always tired!)
