Farinata it’s a thin kind of pie made with chickpea flour, a bit crispy on the edges and moist in the meddle.

Ingredients:

300 g chickpea flour
900 ml water
40 ml olive oil
12 g salt
pepper
rosemary

Bake farinata at 200°C/390 F for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.

You can enjoy farinata with a fresh salad and a glass of red wine 😉
