On November 21, 2015, Canoe celebrated its 20th anniversary with Canoe Twenty, a commemorative multi-course dinner that welcomed chefs both past and present. Showcasing both past and present-day Canoe and highlighting the brilliance of Canadian ingredients from coast to coast, the evening was a wonderful collaboration between past and present chefs.

Canoeโ€™s next generation, executive chef John Horne and chef de cuisine Coulson Armstrong, was joined by O&B corporate executive chef Anthony Walsh, who has led Canoeโ€™s culinary brigade since the restaurant opened in 1995. Other notable Canoe alumni included Todd Clarmo (Indie Ale House), Tom Brodi (Tom Brodi & Co.), Matt Robertson (Montecito), Doug Penfold (Cava & Chabrol), David Castellan (Soma) and Basilio Pesce.
