Barbecue Sauce :
Survival BBQ Sauce is just Tomato + Vinegar + Sugar. If you got time to cook it all down and to add some spices then all the better. (think cayenne and cumin)
Proportions I used are : 2 caramel , 1.5 ketchup, 1 balsamic vinegar. Caramel can be real real hot, don’t burn yourself.

Roasted Potatoes :
3/4 cup Potato flakes, 1/4 part AP flour, salt, pepper, turmeric, baking powder and 1 egg. Add milk gradually, cook it in the microwave and add more milk if needed. End texture must be loose.
