Here’s how you can cook a traditional Albanian Pastiçe
Ingredients | Ingredienti | Perbersit :
☞ 50 gr Parmesan | Parmigiano | djath i grire
☞ 3 fresh eggs | uova fresche | vez te freskta
☞ 50 gr butter | burro | gjalp
☞ 150 gr feta cheese | formaggio feta o altro a piacere | djath i bardh
☞ 500 gr spaghetti
☞ 1 tbsp salt | cc di sale | krip
☞ 1 L milk | latte | qumesht

☞ Whisk | Frusta | Rrahëse vezësh
☞ Mixing glass bowls | Ciotole in vetro | Tasa qelqi
☞ Pyrex baking dish | Pirofila in vetro | Tepsi qelqi
☞ Colander | Colapasta | Kullesë
☞ Wooden spoon | Mestolo in legno | Lug druri
☞ Slotted Spatula | Spatola | Shpatull siliconi
