Pan Seared Salmon
Ingredients:

Salmon (cut into filets)
2 tbsp
Olive Oil
1 tsp
All-Purpose Seasoning
1 tsp
Garlic Powder
1 tsp
Black Pepper
Directions:
Preheat a large heavy skillet, add olive oil and heat over medium-high heat for about 3 minutes. Sprinkles seasonings over salmon, add to skillet and cook for 3-5 minutes on each side until browned. Salmon is done when it flakes easily with a fork. Remove from heat and transfer to a plate.
Roasted Potatoes
Ingredients:

Black Pepper (Ground or Coarse)

Italian Seasoning

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Cut the potatoes in medium cubes and place in a bowl with the olive oil, all-purpose seasoning, garlic powder, pepper, and Italian seasoning; toss until the potatoes are well coated. Transfer the potatoes to a sheet pan and spread out into a single layer. Roast in the oven for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Flip twice with a spatula during cooking to ensure even browning. Remove the potatoes from the oven, toss with parsley, season to taste, and serve hot.
Sautéed Garlic Asparagus
Ingredients:

Asparagus (cut in 2 inch pieces)

All-purpose Seasoning

Black Pepper

Italian Seasoning
2 tbsp
Olive Oil
Directions:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and saute for 1 minute and asparagus spears; cook for 3- 4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until asparagus turn bright green. Remove from heat and serve.
