Cook at 350 for a hour or until the lasagna is boiling and the edges of the cheese are a nice golden brown!

Ingredients

•2-3zucchini’s
•15 oz container ricotta cheese
•16 oz container cottage cheese
•8 oz finely shredded Italian style cheese
•grated Parmesan in the shaker
•1/4 yellow or sweet onion chopped up in squares
•4-5 mini sweet peppers chopped up in squares
•1 garlic clove minced
•fresh herbs ( Italian parsley and basil )
•1lb ground meat ( I used chicken here )
•one jar of tomato sauce
( I used Classico tomato and basil )
•4-5 mushrooms thinly sliced
• a few hand fulls of spinach
•4 pieces bacon cooked and chopped
•LOVE FROM CHEF (key ingredient)

Seasonings
(Used for ricotta mixture, used for the sauce and the meat )

•onion powder
•garlic powder
•salt ( I use pink Himalayan )
•ground pepper
•Italian seasoning
•dried parsley
•dried oregano
•dried thyme
•dried basil ( I didn’t have any here )

Utensils needed

•7”x11” baking lasagna dish
•cutting board
•knife
•potato peeler
•1 spatula
•medium pot
•medium mixing bowl
•a few spoons
