What’s up guys! I hope you had a wonderful Christmas with many presents and lots of sweets! My best present was having my family for the holidays! Priceless.
Anyway, today I’m sharing with you the recipe of Vin Brûlée, a typical Dolomiti recipe of Italy made of warm sweet wine and spices to get all your friends and family hammered lol! It only takes 5 minutes but it will make the whole family happy.

Ingredients:
150 gr of sugar
5 cinnamon sticks
9 ground gloves
skin of 1 lemon and 1 orange
1 red wine (moscato)
Mix all the spices with the sugar in a large pan. Pour the wine and cook it at medium high. Once it’s boiling, filter the wine with a strainer. Serve hot.
