Ingredients:
1 stalk celery
1 white onion
1 large carrot
2 tablespoons Olive oil (try to make it yourself like Marco’s dad Paulo!)
Absolutely NO garlic! 😢
1pound ground beef
1/2 pound group pork
Salt, pepper
1/2 cup milk
1 pound of pasta – we used Penne
Parmigiano Cheese
Glass of Italian Red wine
Good company with friends
