Meanwhile, in the US, thousands of people have tested positive for the coronavirus, and both the federal and state governments are scrambling to find supplies, hospital beds, and funding to combat the spread of the virus. US citizens are in various states of social distancing, shelter-in-place, and stay-at-home orders.
