In this video I am going to show you how to make an Italian carrot cake. The ingredients you need for this recipe are:
– 300 grams carrots, about 6 (medium size)
– 1 1/2 cup walnuts, grounded
– 1 1/2 cup flour
– 1 1/2 cup brown sugar
– 2 teaspoon baking powder
– 3 eggs
– 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
– Zest and juice of 1 orange

I made several changes. I reduced the flour and add more walnuts. I used brown sugar instead of regular sugar because I like the brown sugar better
