Karns Foods, including this store at Paxton Square, has a dedicated senior shopping hour during the first opening hour from 7-8 a.m. daily starting today, during the coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic, March 19, 2020. The shopping hour is also for those who are immunocompromised. The general public can shop after the senior shopping hour. Other grocery stores are following suit, including Giant Foods.
