Slightly more sophisticated than lasagna but literally just as Easy to make . This is definitely beginner friendly , I’m no chef and I make them all the time .
All you need is :
Mancotti pasta shells
Tomato sauce of choice
Shredded cheese ( I used Italian , mozzarella & Monterey Jack )
Diced tomatoes ( optional)
Chopped spinach or broccoli ( optional )
1 bag frozen pepper onion blend
Mushrooms (optional)
Butter
Spices :
Onion powder
Garlic powder
Salt
Black pepper
Basil
Oregano
Garlic cloves
Italian seasoning
