Hi guys! In this video I’m making a vegan veggie soup full of veggies, fiber, protein and low sodium! Feel free to add whatever you have at your house! My main priority is to make sure I have plenty of veggies and protein and keep the sodium low w/ low sodium broth/canned goods (like the tomatoes, etc.)
Sorry this video is not heavily edited, I just wanted to keep it simple and get this video up! Also I’m sorry I keep touching my face, I’m really trying to break that habit!

Here’s the recipe!
1 bag of Boca Beefless Crumbles
1 20oz bag of frozen carrots
1 12 oz bag frozen broccoli
1 12 oz bag frozen spinach
1 15 oz can black beans drained and rinced
1 15 oz can canellini beans drained and rinsed
1 28oz can diced tomatoes
2 4 oz cans diced green chiles
1 medium onion chopped
3 cloves of garlic minced
6 cups of water
season to taste with: garlic powder, Mrs. Dash Salt Free Italian medley seasoning, Ortega low sodium taco seasoning, smoked paprika, Kikkoman low sodium soy sauce, ground ginger.
