Inside Mirazur: An Interview with Mauro Colagreco at Mirazur; awarded the World’s Best Restaurant 2019; regarding Pasabahce Nude Glass. Mirazur has been running in 10 years in the ranking by rising to No.1. The restaurant also has three Michelin stars.
Mirazur is offering a panoramic view over the Mediterranean Sea, located in Menton, France; an hour drive from Nice. In the Menu, chef Mauro Colagreco assembles modern, delicately flavoured dishes with the essence of the Côte d’Azur via local French and Italian ingredients.
MIRAZUR’s cuisine is inspired by three themes: Sea, Garden & Mountain. Mirazur’s tasting menu offers the experience of a sensory trip, without borders, to meet the vegetable, terrestrial and marine essences of our universe.
