Queenstown is a food lover’s paradise with a mix of cuisine inspired by locations around the globe. In this video we get a chance to learn the art of Italian cooking, Queenstown-style with Executive Chef Sal Grant from Sasso in a cooking workshop perfect for visitors and locals. Using organic ingredients from Central Otago’s finest growers, Grant showed us how to cook a three-course Italian meal matched with award-winning local wines. We got hands-on experience in the state-of-the-art kitchen, some helpful tips and an insight into the Queenstown restaurant industry.
