Party’s about to start, everything is ready, but somebody forgot to get the dessert from bakery, you know what I’m saying, right? Cool down, with this easiest and quickest Italian Wine Cookies you’re Saved! They are so unusual, sweet, yet tangy, crunchy, yet chewy and that wine undertones make them really really special. And all the cooking takes literally 15!! min.
Note: All the alcohol is evaporated during baking. They’re safe even for children!
Ingredients
1/4 cup Wine (any old leftovers of cheap wine will be perfect, but note that from colour of wine depends colour of cookies)
1/4 cup Oil (I have coconut but any other flavourless oil will work)
1/4 cup Sugar
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Vanilla
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1 1/2 cup Flour
1. Oh, this recipe is simplest Eveeer! So first step, combine Everything in large mixing bowl. Mix mix mix, knead, knead, knead and you have the dough.
2. Step two, form ya cookies (no chilling required). You can play with this dough and create any shapes and sizes, in the vid I shoved the easiest and quickest (as for me) way.
3. Step number three, bake in preheated to 350F (180C) oven for 10-15 min (depending on the size), be careful not to overbake, they may turn hard and crumbly.
4. Step four, Serve, Garnish and Enjoy. But if you’d have a strong will to go extra mile, cover your beauties with some chocolate or icing, garnish with sprinkles or make cookie sandwiches, in any way they are perfection.
