Here is the quick and easy way to make restaurant quality Italian Sausage Spaghetti at home in about 15 minutes, which is faster than getting served spaghetti at a restaurant. This is the quick method because I use pre-made italian sausage and a bottle of ready to use spaghetti sauce. So this is not really home made italian cooking, but you can tell your dinner guests you slaved all evening to make it.

What You Need:
1 pack of spaghetti noodles (I only use about 3/4 of the 1lb package of Barilla, because I like to have a lot of sauce, if you want a drier pasta add the whole package)
1 bottle of your favorite Spaghetti Sauce (I use a 24oz bottle of Bertolli)
1lb of Italian Sausage (You can use Sausage in casing but remove casing)
Fresh Garlic Cloves – Use as much or as little as you like (Don’t use any if your a Vampire)
2 Pots, one for the noodles and one for the sauce (I use a 5qt pot for the noodles and a 3.5qt cast iron dutch oven for the sauce, any kind of cookware will do just make sure its big enough)
Something to stir the sauce and noodles

All the ingredients cost about $8 at the grocery store, add a loaf of bread to make garlic bread and you can feed a family of four for $10, and still have left overs.

Directions:
– Cook Spaghetti Noodles by the directions on the packaging.
– Heat Sauce Pot on Medium Heat on Stove
– Mince Garlic Cloves
– Oil Sauce pot and Saute Garlic
– Add Sausage
– Break sausage apart until the size of bits is to your liking
– Add Spaghetti Sauce when Sausage is Fully Cooked
– When Sauce is Heated up (bubbling), add noodles to the sauce or spoon on top of noodles.

ENJOY!!!
