Street tour of NYC right now, in the East Village / Greenwich Village just before New York City will impose restrictions on restaurants and bars which will restrict them to just dining and take-out. The streets are relatively empty and most residents feel a bit uncertain about the future. My office is closed and my staff are working remotely.
If you are an NYC resident best of luck and be safe. Will have more apartment tours up later this week, but wanted to share a boots-on-the ground view of NYC right now.
