Addressing a press conference, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has appealed all the city residents to stay home. Arvind Kejriwal said the restaurants in Delhi will be shut down, but take away, home delivery will continue. He also added that crowds of above 20 people are banned in the city.
