We sailed around the volcano for panoramic views, swam in the natural hot springs, snorkeled at the white and red sand beaches, discovered caves and rock formations, drank, ate and danced the night away, and marveled at the most beautiful sunset in the world), Exploring Oia (strolled through the steep and narrow staircases around town and hiked down to Amoudi Bay for fresh seafood), Greek Food & Wine
