Hey guys! today I am showing 3 simple meals for dinner. We had street tacos, Italian beef sandwiches, and Chicken and Sausage with a garlic butter sauce. All three were delicious!!

Street Tacos
8 boneless skinless chicken thighs
3 tbsp spanish paprika
2 tbsp chicken seasoning
1tsp oregano
3/4 tsp cumin
lime
onion
cilantro
street taco tortillas
rice of your choice
beans of your choice
Pprinkle seasoning on chicken and coat well, then pour lime juice over chicken and mix. Marinade for 2-24 hours.
finely chop cilantro and onion
Cook chicken in skillet for 3-4 minutes on each side until done.
heat tortillas up
slice the chicken into thin strips and put on tortillas, top with cilantro and onion or any other toppings you prefer.
Serve with rice and beans
Italian Beef Sandwiches
4lbs round roast
Giardiniera pepper mix (I used mild)
Italian dressing
Italian dressing seasoning
4 cups beef broth
Italian rolls
Marinade roast in Italian dressing 2-24 hours
Cook in crockpot with beef broth, Italian seasoning packet, 1 cup juice from the pepper mix on low for 6 hours.
Slice or shred when done. Put in roll, top with pepper mix and serve with fries and salad.
Garlic Butter chicken and Sausage
2 chicken breast cut into 1 inch cubes
2 sausage links sliced
6 cloves garlic minced
1/2 cup sherry
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
olive oil
Lemon juice
Rice of your choice
Broccoli
Cook chicken until done and set aside, cook sausage until done and set aside. Add oil to pan followed by garlic and cook until fragrant, add sherry and cook down until reduced by half. stir in lemon juice then add chicken and sausage back to pan to warm through and coat in sauce. Serve with rice and steamed broccoli.
