Welcome Back my Bears!
This time on Bubby Eats, we’re dining at Blanc de Blancs. This Italian restaurant in Busan, South Korea is run by a mother and son team. The mom handles the front of the house helping guests and taking payments while the son is in charge of the kitchen. He was hotel chef who decided to make his own restaurant and I’m so glad that he did. This place is known to the locals as the best risotto in Busan, and after eating here I have to say they might be right!
