INGREDIENTS for the first method:
250gr of shredded mozzarella
30gr of coconut flour

INGREDIENTS for the second method:
50gr of almond flour
20gr of coconut flour
a pinch of salt
1 tsp xantan gum
50 gr of softned butter
1 medium egg
