Spaghetti alle vongole or spaghetti with clams is a traditional Italian dish usually served for the feast of the seven fishes. Delicious and can be prepared “in bianco” or white” or “in rosso” or red by adding tomatoes. Today I give you my recipe for a version of this dish “in bianco”. Enjoy.
