Today, we would like to show you a video about the Charcoal grilling (Sumibi-yaki) Yakitori lessons in Tokyo, Japan. You know, there are also gas grilling, and electronic grilling, but these three students requested us especially to grill by Charcoal.
Charcoal grilling is the best way to bring out the flavor of an ingredient because of infrared-is a type of electromagnetic waves. Used not only for preparing Yakitori (grilled chicken) or Unagi (grilled eel), and charcoal grilling is popular in Italian recently.
