Ingredients for marinara:
1 can crushed tomatoes
Salt
Pepper
Italian seasoning
Basil
Parsley
Minced garlic
Onion powder

Directions:
1. Put can of crushed tomatoes into pot.
2. Add all seasonings to taste.
3. Bring to a boil, then simmer for at least 30 minutes (Can simmer for as long as you would like. The longer, the better taste!).

Ingredients for potato gnocchi:
4-6 medium russet potatoes
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 egg
1.5 cups flour

Directions:
1. Peel all potatoes.
2. Add peeled potatoes to a large pot and fill with water until all potatoes are under water.
3. Bring to a boil, and boil potatoes for 20-25 minutes, or until soft.
4. Drain water, and mash potatoes with masher or hand mixer.
5. Add salt and pepper to mashed potatoes.
6. Create a well in the middle of the potatoes, and crack an egg into the middle. Mix egg into potato.
7. Let cool in fridge for about an hour.
8. On a large cutting board, or similar surface, put 1.5 cups of flour in the middle of the board, and spoon potato mixture on top.
9. Incorporate flour into potato mixture until mixture is no longer sticky (You may need to add additional flour).
10. Roll out into 1/2 inch diameter snake and cut into 1/2 sections. Use fork to make design.
11. Put gnocchi’s into pot of boiling water and boil until they float.
12. Serve with marinara and enjoy!
