Recipe for Meat sauce
1 to 1.5 lbs of chop meat. 85% or less
Substitute with ground turkey
1 large onion minced
6 cloves garlic minced
40 to 51 once bottle spaghetti sauce
Olive oil
Parmigiana cheese
Salt
Pepper
Basil
Oregano
Parsley
2 bay leaves
Quarter cup red wine
2 lbs pasta (your choice which kind)
Cook for an hour on low heat. Add red wine last 15 minutes.
