Indian Street Food in the holy city of Pushkar ! Every city has its own charm and it’s own unique street food.
Pushkar has a mix of traditional and international street food due to in influx of a lot of tourists.
This video showcases the epic Street Food of Pushkar.

So here is what I had :-

1) KADHI PAKODA
Palak besan pakoda topped with kadhi made without curd. Very different from the usual, a traditional breakfast of Pushkar.

2) DAL PAKWAN PIZZA
Sindhi dal pakwan given a twist where the papdiis topped with masala rice, onion, green chillies, tomatoes, sev, chaat masala and lime juice.

3) DAL KACHORI
Lentil stuffed kachori topped with mango chutney, crispy and extremely delicious.

Thick luscious lassi made with curd and rabdi, topped with fresh rose gulkand.

5) FALAFEL WRAP –
Roll stuffed with falafel, hummus, garlic cream, ketchup, cheese, grilled mushroom, veggies and french fries. Excellent prepration, super cheesy and garlicky.

6) VEG PIZZA
Italian style wood fired oven pizza made with loads of veggies and mozzarella cheese.

A special indian dessert of Pushkar where thick pancakes are made with refined flour and rabdi batter, deep fried in desi ghee and drenched in sugar syrup.
