This Sinigang concoction is expertly crafted utilizing tamarind soup base but uniquely blended with pinepples. The combination of tamarind and pineapple blends like medieval alchemy and produces one of the best tasting broth we have ever encountered. Truly, this restaurant raises the bar for “Sinigang” to a higher level. Kudos to the chefs of Mesa Restaurant.
